The Clan Henderson Society is committed to helping it’s members in their genealogical research; identifying both the individual families and connections between them; tracing their migrations from the homeland and connecting them to families who did not emigrate.

There are large and growing databases for people who want to conduct a DNA search.  Combining DNA information with Family Tree information can result in new, exciting and informative insight into one’s background.  There are a number of reasons why people want to conduct DNA searches including helping get around “brick walls”—when the paper trail ends; helping adoptees overcome family secrets, sealed records and even outright lies to discover and reunite with biological families; and today, even the children of sperm and egg donors are testing their DNA in hopes of finding links to biological parents.
